This is completely off topic, but I thought I'd share it with you all. Lindsay Lohan was arrested for DUI and here's a link to her mugshot. Please tell me that this isn't what you all would consider a hot woman. She looks like a coked up sorority girl, or Heidi Fleiss after one too many.
