Hmm...Syria has a truck full of explosives vests coming from it's territory. They are saying that they can't control their borders. Can't or won't is a key thought here though. Either way, if they can't control their borders, then perhaps they wouldn't mind if Iraq put troops along the border to help secure it from things like this from happening again.
