Umm...George, I hate to break it to you buddy, but your little "executive order" is un-Constitutional.
Section 1. (a) Except to the extent provided in section 203(b)(1), (3), and (4) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(1), (3), and (4)), or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the date of this order, all property and interests in property of the following persons, that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of United States persons, are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense
That directly contradicts the Fourth Amendment of the US Constitution:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Normally, I have no problem giving a politician the tools they need to accomplish a certain goal. However, I will NOT give up ANY Constitutional rights to have them accomplish that goal. What I would ideally like to see is the next President come in and say "the following things that the previous President did were un Constitutional and I am rescinding them now".
That will instill confidence in everyone, including international allies that we are going to be on the up and up about things.
It reminds me of "My Cousin Vinny" where he says "everything that guy just said is bullshit" :)

Only one way to assure that unconstitutional executive orders are recinded - and that's a LOT of recinding.
Vote for Ron Paul. Early and often, as they say in Chicago...
I've taken a look at Ron Paul's stance on a lot of issues, and while he makes a good point on many of them, his stance on others makes him look like a crackpot.
