Good Lord, words cannot explain this scene. Hillary speaks so clearly and so softly, that if you haven't been paying attention to her in the past say 20 years, you'd think she was sincere.
If she truly believed the words she was saying in this video, she would have backed them up with actions LONG ago.
Save the tears for your concession speech Hillary.
