Tiger attack victim was drinking, admitted taunting

One of the three victims of a

San Francisco Zoo tiger attack was intoxicated and admitted to yelling and waving at the animal while standing atop the railing of the big cat enclosure, police say in court documents.

Paul Dhaliwal, 19, told the father of Carlos Sousa Jr., 17, who was killed, that the three yelled and waved at the tiger but insisted they never threw anything into its pen to provoke the cat, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained Thursday by the San Francisco Chronicle.

Now, let's take a look at our idiotic friend on the right.  Notice the extremely large scar down his head.  Logic, wisdom, and experience are what separates us from the animal kingdom.  When idiots like this decide to antagonize a very large animal, I have no sympathy for it's tormentors.  He taunted the animal, the tiger thought "that's it" and did what tigers do best.  He suffered the consequences and now he's going to look like a road map of Arizona for his troubles.

Idiot.

Right on, RWL! The saddest part is that this moron's friend died trying to protect him and his brother from the attack. The dead kid may have been doing something stupid too, but at least he did something noble in his final moments. As far as I'm concerned, there aren't enough tiger attacks in this country!

Exactly. What's worse is that they are suing the Zoo claiming that even though they antagonized the tiger, the tiger should not have been able to get out of it's cage. I see it as karma. If you antagonize a 500-1000 pound animal, you have no one to blame but yourself if that animal finally says "you're done" and rips into you. :)
