Well now I've got the biggest name of them all: Hillary Clinton.
Hillary Rodham Clinton called Barack Obama naive when he said he'd meet with the leaders of Iran without precondition. Now she says she'd do the same thing, too.
During a Democratic presidential debate in July, Obama said he would be willing to meet without precondition in the first year of his presidency with the leaders of Iran, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea.
Standing with him on stage, Clinton said she would first send envoys to test the waters and called Obama's position irresponsible and naive.
But asked about it Thursday by a voter, the New York senator said twice that she, too, would negotiate with Iran "with no conditions."
So which is it Hillary? Is it naive for Obama to want to talk to them? Or did you lie to the American public once the spotlight was on you? Did you say Obama was naive to make him look like an inexperienced guy so you would look better? I get the feeling that it's a little of all the above.
A little advice Hillary: The world is connected in ways you cannot imagine. If you said something, somewhere, we know about it. Soon afterwards, the world knows about it. For example, I have readers in the UAE, France, Russia, China (even though I'm blocked by the Great Firewall of China), and many other far off nations.
It's a completely connected world, and you can't simply say one thing and then say another a little while later. With so many eyes on the upcoming Presidential election, every word you say must be carefully thought out.
In other words, you need to lie better Hillary. Your bullshit is starting to stink up the place.
