CIA Plans Cutbacks Of Contractors

I was surprised that they even HAD contractors. I mean, come on, this is the CIA. They should have their own employees without dealing with contracting companies. Is it really that big of a deal to have contractors?

I don't know about you, but I want everyone working at the CIA to be government employees. No contractors, no temps, just government people. It was the same way when I used to work for HP. HP would hire temps all over the map to have greater flexibility and save money, but that was for printer manufacturing, not for intelligence work. The CIA should take a good hard look at itself if a full 1/3 of it's staff are contractors.
