Supreme Court Upholds "Partial Birth Abortion" Ban

While I agree with the woman's right to an abortion, this particular method is pretty brutal. I don't see why it needs to be banned by law though. A woman has the right to an abortion at any point during pregnancy. But I do have a problem with what one judge wrote.

The opponents of the act "have not demonstrated that the Act would be unconstitutional in a large fraction of relevant cases," Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in the majority opinion.

"A large fraction of relevant cases"? It shouldn't matter if it's one woman's case or 3/4 of the abortions, a womans rights are her rights and it is wrong to uphold a ban because it wouldn't be relevant to a "large fraction"
