So if you're doing 91mph in a 65 and not wearing a seatbelt, you have pretty much anything that happens coming to you. Even if lights were on, there is nothing that critical that warrants that high of a speed. Plus, adding into all this, he wasn't wearing a seatbelt, he's very lucky he isn't covered by 6 feet of dirt now. Call me cruel, but I don't care that he was involved in a crash when his driver was speeding and he wasn't wearing a seatbelt.
