Army Drops Death Penalty In Murder-Rape Case

I'll be the first one to defend the military for various decisions that they make in the heat of battle, but I won't be the one defending them if they rape and murder a 14 year old and her family. A soldier is about Honor, Duty, Country, and a host of other honorable traits that builds ones character. There is no honor in the rape and murder of a 14 year old girl and her family. If indeed this man did what he's accused of, I doubt there will be anyone to declare him honorable.

I just hope he's not guilty of what they accuse him of.
