Am I the only one who thinks "who gives a shit"? This guy may have denied his involvement in the murder of Joseph Nagy, his girlfriend ratted him out and I'm willing to bet that she knew things that only the killer would know. Plus, the staff and patrons were locked in a bathroom. I'm pretty sure that they fingered him as the one who put them there. The Constitution bars "Cruel and Unusual Punishment", but just because it took him 34 minutes to die, doesn't mean it was "Cruel or Unusual".
