You cannot curb First Amendment, or any part of the Constitution against American citizens simply because you are trying to combat a problem. While it may seem like an easy way to combat the problem you are facing, it is simply wrong to try to take away the rights of American citizens if they have done nothing wrong. It's not who we are as Americans. Mr. Gingrich, you are wrong.
