So this guy decides he wants to poison the water supply and "other types of things". What I want to know is, why was he free on parole? Did he provide so much evidence against other terrorists that he was the Al-Qaeda version of Sammy Gravano? Well I'm glad that the Belize Police Department were on their toes and caught this guy. Kudos!
