It's really difficult for me to feel anything for these idiots who only want to cause wanton destruction for anyone that they don't agree with. But Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has dissolved the Hamas-led portion of the government and decided it's a state of emergency.
On the other end of the spectrum, Hamas is claiming that they now control the Gaza Strip. Either way, it's not a good situation for anyone involved. It's now getting to the point where you have Iran threatening nuclear activities, the Palestinians are on the brink of civil war with one another, you can imagine that the Israeli's are getting a bit anxious over everything going on on either side of them. You have the potential for an explosive reaction from either side if someone blinks.
You can bet the Israeli's won't pussy foot around though if the shit does hit the fan. Targeted assassinations, bombings of entire neighborhoods if a terrorist is suspected to be in one of the homes, and mass casualties on both sides unless some people start to calm down a bit.
