North Korea Shutting Down Reactor....Hopefully

If they reneg on this deal, I say we cause way more than $25 million in damage that we forked over that was frozen in various bank accounts.

The North Koreans have had chance after chance to get aid for no nuclear weapons and they've renegged on deals before. They need to know that this is the carrot as opposed to the sanctions, bombing runs, and starvation sticks that they will face if they try to back out of the deal.

I'm not trying to sound like I'm saber rattling, but this deal could have been hammered out years ago. They could have come to us as friends and said "hey, we're running into some trouble here, can you help us out"? But they didn't. They tried to bully their way towards getting aid. They shared nuclear secrets with Iran. They basically went at it the wrong way. Now, if they do decide that a deal's a deal, then fine. But they need to know that this is their final chance.
