Why do I smell bullshit? I'm all for extending your hand in friendship, but this just reeks of "we'll help you out in Iraq, if you ignore our little nuclear program". I say, send a diplomatic convoy out to check it out just in case, but be prepared for a mountain of bullshit rhetoric.
