Just take a look at this. They stoned a guy to death for adultery. Until Iran can get its act together and allow its citizens the freedom to do what they want, when they want, they'll forever be in the stone age.
If it wasn't for their oil reserves, they'd be just another Middle Eastern country with little to no real power.
They don't even say WHY this guy was an adulterer. Maybe his wife kept saying "no" and he got tired of it. Maybe his wife was a pain in the ass. Maybe he just like banging other girls. Regardless of why, that's still not the governments business. It's the same thing as gay marriage in America.
Being gay is your thing. I like girls, you like guys, so what? That's not my business. Getting married is something that anyone should be able to do. To deny people the right to get married simply because they are gay is discrimination. Allow people the freedom to do what they want and then you'll notice your nation prospering.
