With Congress fighting over whether or not to fund the troops with the time line in place, the Pentagon is saying that this is already effecting the ability of the military to work well. Couple that with experts saying that the US pulling out is a very bad idea, it puts Democrats in a very rough spot. Look for them to cave any moment now.
