Good job Chavez. If you're trying to drive out foreign investors, this is a sure way to do it. People are already shaky as it is when it comes to Russia's recent decision to do the same. Foreign investment is a very important part of any country's economy, and when you nationalize it, you cut off additional ways of making money.
