Sometimes you just have to wonder who's in charge of the surplus auctions. Personally, I think that all military surplus equipment should be destroyed, with the exception of things that can be used by civilians, such as generators, clothing, etc. F-14 spare parts should be destroyed or kept around in case they are needed by us.
