Hillary Clinton Shows Us What Democrats Are Made Of

So she is against Bush's plan because, in her own words "The Iraqi government is not committed to taking the steps both militarily and politically that would help them to gain control over Baghdad and other places in the country." Her thoughts on how to deal with it: "I support the beginning of a phased redeployment out of Baghdad and eventually out of Iraq completely."

So what that means is that she's willing to allow Iraq to spiral out of control into a civil war along religious lines. She's willing to have the country become a terrorist breeding ground. Don't think that if we leave that people won't think "This is the American's fault. Had they stayed to protect us, like they said they would, this wouldn't have happened. We should go do something about it."

What this boils down to is that Clinton, and Democrats in general, don't have the stomach for war when war gets ugly. They want quick, painless, as least casualties as possible. We'd all like that, but war doesn't usually go that way. They are weak and spineless against any form of adversary that doesn't fall relatively quickly. Rather then offering a compromise or solution that would help the Iraqis as well as help us, she is in favor for a "phased redeployment". That is just a pretty phrase for "let the Iraqi's tear each other apart so we can appease our constituents."
