North Korea may be planning a second nuclear test. China is already backed into a corner with its ally, and a second test would certainly give China less wiggle room about not wanting sanctions. China is positioning itself so that it may become the next world superpower. The problem is, is that they have too many things going on around them that require tough decisions that would upset their way to the top. If it is true, and North Korea does indeed conduct a second nuclear test, you can bet the farm that it will take all the wind out of any argument that China has. Only time will tell.
