Is lippy even a word? Well my spell check says so, so I'm going with it. Iranian nut job Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is stating that there will be a "firm response" to UN sanctions. What I don't think he understands is that if oil prices rise, his country won't get in on the extra money coming in because of the sanctions. Furthermore 80% of Iran's economy is based upon oil. I don't care who you are, an 80% drop in revenue is significant and can easily bankrupt a nation. The problem is that the IAEA cannot confirm that Iran's nuclear program is merely peaceful. If they could, Iran would easily be able to say "I told you so", but they are being secretive and elusive, so there's plenty of reason to doubt their word. I guess we'll see how this plays out.
