Good going asshole, all you've done is piss people off and not bother to notice that you're alienating a section of America that is trying to live out the American Dream like everyone else. Here's a great quote: "I fear that in the next century we will have many more Muslims in the United States if we do not adopt the strict immigration policies that I believe are necessary to preserve the values and beliefs traditional to the United States of America and to prevent our resources from being swamped."
Well pretty soon we'll start having blacks and jews in the country too! Oh the horror! It's one thing to be against illegal immigration like I am, it's quite another to make such a statement that does nothing but alienate law abiding Americans. His original point (illegal immigration) is muddied by his blatantly idiotic statement.
Who gives a shit if a guy, freely elected, wants to swear in with a Koran, rather then a Bible? That's his choice. Unless he's doing something to undermine the United States and it's interests, then there's no reason to have this shitstorm.
