I'm telling you, if we see a threat in Iraq, we should just shoot him. No negotiations, no extra bullshit, just shoot him in the face and be done with it. It gives insurgents a boost to know that they can poke around and sometimes get away with this shit. Well at least they hung 13 known terrorists and they won't have to worry about them killing innocent people anymore.
