“Just because you’re our color doesn’t make you our kind.” Tell me that if I had made that comment I wouldn't be labeled a racist and have all sorts of people extremely pissed at me. But Sharpton gets away with it? Why? Because he loves to proclaim that white people are oppressing black people and the general public buys into that line of bullshit.
Al, just because you live and were born in America, doesn't make you an American. An American helps his fellow man regardless of skin color. An American will stand up and defend what's right, even if it's not what's popular. An American will give you the shirt off his back so that you can be warm at night. An American will fight for those who cannot fight for themselves. For those reasons and more, you aren't an American.
