Ok, I may sound insensitive here, but tell me how someone couldn't make this mistake with this woman?
She looks like a guy doesn't she?
A 28-year-old lesbian is filing a gender-discrimination lawsuit after being booted from a New York City restaurant by a bouncer who mistook her for a man in the women's restroom.
Khadijah Farmer and her girlfriend had stopped by Greenwich Village's Caliente Cab Company this past June -- right after attending a gay pride parade -- but trouble started when a female patron complained that a man was using the ladies room. Farmer was then forced to leave.
"I told him I was a woman, and I tried to show him my I.D.," Farmer told AP about the bouncer who confronted her in the bathroom. "He refused to look at it. I was extremely uncomfortable and quite humiliated."
Let's be honest here. New York has some creepy people living in it. Most major cities do. So it's not inconceivable that a man, with a fake ID, wouldn't be creepy enough to try to get into the ladies room. Even the woman who reported her thought she was a man.
Take a look at the video. She even sounds like a guy in a way. Personally, depending on what really happened, I can't say I blame the restaurant for booting her. That being said, I'd love to hear what the restaurant has to say what happened.
However, the bouncer should have investigated a bit further, found out the truth, and apologized. If he had done that and she still filed a lawsuit, she'd have really no case.

Another of those who is so frustrated by her lot that she looks for an excuse to make a buck.
Get over it man, I mean woman, or whatever you think you are. Get a life, be normal on the street and public places, do whatebver you want at home, and please let us out of your pitiful lifestyle.

Exactly, she admitted she goes out of her way to NOT dress up like a woman and more like a man, so then she gets angry when people mistake her for one? This has frivolous lawsuit written all over it.
