Of course he's competent to stand trial. He's shown that he can assist with his defense and understands what is going on around him. That makes him competent to stand trial for the charges against him. What I want to see though, is if he really is guilty of these charges, that he gets a life sentence or death. I'm sick of seeing all these terrorists getting off with 8-20 year sentences. They are a threat to our society and need to be locked up for life. We've locked up people who've done a whole lot worse and they have gotten life sentences.
