North Korea Will Shut Nuke Facility For $25 Million

That's it?? They will shut down their nuclear facilities for a mere $25 million that they have had frozen in an account? What I would like to see is those assets swapped with real, fresh off the presses cash, that way we know that they have $25 million instead of $25 million worth of counterfeit currency. That would be a bit funny if they found that their counterfeit operation was swapped for real money. :) But North Korea wants the money first, so I say, offer them the money, and if the plants aren't shut down within a short time frame, bomb the facilities to rubble.
