A man who caused a security scare at Orlando International Airport intended to use a highly explosive liquid to build pipe bombs, according to an arrest affidavit released on Wednesday.
U.S. Magistrate Karla Spaulding appointed a public defender for Kevin Brown during a court hearing Wednesday morning. Brown was arrested when, authorities said, he acted suspiciously while carrying the items needed to make the bombs in his luggage.
According to the affidavit, Brown admitted he had the items because he wanted to make pipe bombs in Jamaica. It also indicated he wanted to show friends how to make pipe bombs like he made while in Iraq.
Pretty scary shit right?
Well here's something to ponder: The people who reported him and the people who caught him can now be sued by this guy for discrimination.
Even though they found bomb making materials on him and even though he's admitted to owning this stuff, he can still sue.
Now, a bill went through Congress a little while ago that would have provided immunity to these people from lawsuits, however it was defeated by the Democrats in Congress as "racial profiling" and Barack Obama was too busy running for President to bother to vote on such a crucial piece of legislation.
Now even though these people did the right thing and they stopped an idiot from doing something deadly, now they have to worry about CAIR and other morons filing a lawsuit against them.
This is what happens when political correctness and idiots who already have a security detail combine into a perfect storm of shit.
