It's pretty much over for Hillary and she knows it. Why else would she offer a truce of "allowing" him to be her Vice President? With the latest numbers in, Obama leads Hillary 1,611 to 1,480.
With almost a 120 delegate lead, Obama would have to have a major screwup for him to lose the nomination, or the super delegates would have to go against their constituents and vote for Hillary for her to pull it off.
According to here, there's only a few states left, and Hillary has to win big in almost all of them to eek by. It's simply mathematically improbable.
