When you arrest a protester who's not doing anything other than expressing their Freedom of Speech, you're going to have to pay for it. Well the FBI just has been told to cut an $80,000 check to people arrested who were wearing anti-Bush shirts.
You see folks, that's how it's supposed to work. If you're wronged, you sue and get damages so it doesn't happen again. You don't go on and on about how America is doomed and other such nonsense. You don't blame this on Bush or any other politician, you blame the arresting officer, who gets his/her knuckles rapped for it, and you move on.
Simple, direct, to the point. It's called being an adult. You don't blame others who didn't cause your problem. You blame the one who did.
