Water is wet, and sunlight is bright. These are all very obvious things. But now we have a poll showing it. Of course, they say that the Arab-Israeli conflict would help our image in the Arab world. I take this poll with a pound and a half of salt because in the same poll the most admired politician is the leader of the murderous cult Hezbollah.
The general gist of the poll is "if you give us everything we want, we'll think better of you". Not "let's work together and end conflict and try to reach a true peace". Don't be fooled into thinking that ending the Arab-Israeli conflict will suddenly make Hezbollah, Hamas, Al-Qaeda and the entire Arab world love us and let bygones be bygones. Sure, we have allies in the Middle East and we appreciate them, but for bitter enemies to all of a sudden love us because we give in, simply isn't going to happen.
