For partying, alcohol, and mixed sexes mingling?? Didn't Footloose have a storyline similar to this? Most Saudis hate the religious police and soon, probably within a generation, you'll start seeing a shift in ideals in Saudi Arabia because of them. Kids like to have fun with their friends and meet girls/boys and mingle. It's who they are as people. If you ban that type of behavior, you'll only get resentment and rebellion.
