So if this story is true, a man in Michigan cannot break up with his pregnant girlfriend/wife? He may not tell her of his wanting to not have the baby as it may be "coercive"? This just reeks of unconstitutionality and I'd be pissed if I were a Michigan resident at these people for wasting valuable time and money on an obviously illegal law.
