Whaaah! Prison isn't a fun place to be! Prison isn't all fun and games! I didn't feel bad about beating a man to death before, but now that I've been in prison for all of 8 months, I feel bad now because I don't want to be there anymore! Whaaah!
That's what prison is supposed to be like fucker. I'm glad the Judge in the case, Joseph Will, said the same thing to him. The kid crushed the mans chest and he then died. Being beaten to death is a slow, agonizing way to die and this kid deserves to spend the next 22 years in prison thinking about that. Prisoners are lucky in that they get more then a lot of people who didn't commit a crime get. They get to take college courses, even get degrees for free. They get 3 hot meals a day, which many of our nation's poor doesn't get. They get protection from other inmates, which this homeless victim didn't get.
So fuck this kid. Let him rot in jail for the next 22 years and let him rebuild his life at age 37, which is more then his victim got.
