This is what an effective leader does. He listens to any ideas that may lead to improvements. This could be anything from finances to personnel, or even a war. I'm glad Bush has publicly stated that he is open to Democrats thoughts and ideas and even I have posted before about willingness to listen to new ideas. The better question is, Do the Democrats actually HAVE any ideas? Or is it all just rhetoric? Round 2 coming up!
