I'm actually happy that this is going on. Target seems to be helping out the police when it comes to solving crimes with its expertise in forensics. As long as the law is followed, I don't see a problem with this. Who knew Target had one of the most advanced forensics labs in the country? I thought it was a place where I could get a xbox game and some basic house hold items??
