While the "guy" in me thinks that this tactic is funny, the "responsible adult" in me knows that this will only cause people to get pissed off. Norwegian authorities are threatening to use pigs feet and squeals over loudspeakers to keep Muslims from praying in the town square. I think a more appropriate response is needed. I don't have a solution to this problem that Norwegian authorities face, but I can guarantee you that you'll see people get pissy and possibly even violent.
