So now Barack is stating that, even without the evidence that the Senate had in front of it at the time, if he had been in the Senate, "I think I would have voted no.”
Of course he would have said no. That's what's popular right now. Of course he would have said no, he doesn't want to go to war with anyone, regardless of who it is, unless we're sitting in a pile of rubble. This statement lets you peer into his thought process on what it takes to secure this nation against threats, and he's failed miserably at that test.
