Finally a politician who doesn't back down when people get upset by comments he makes. Vice President Cheney has said that the Democrat's policy of pulling troops out of Iraq, it would "validate the strategy of Al-Qaeda". Democrats naturally became a bit whiny and got their feelings all hurt because they didn't like the truth. But Cheney came back with: "My statement was that if we adopt the Pelosi policy, is that we will validate the strategy of al Qaeda," Cheney said. "I said it, and I meant it."
No backpedaling, no "I was misquoted", none of the regular bullshit that you hear from politicians when someone gets their fragile feelings all hurt. It's quite refreshing to hear, especially when he fires back at people who compare him and Bush to Hitler.
