While it would seems like the guy should get a slap on the wrist, is it a crime that he took a video of the execution? I think it's better for the general public to see the entire video rather then just Saddam being led up to the gallows then cutting away. The public NEEDS to see that the tyrant is dead. There are many people who simply wouldn't believe it unless they saw it in its entirety.
