So they decide to cut off oil supplies again. This time it's because Balarus decided to tax Russian oil flowing through it's country onto the EU in retaliation for Russia asking for more then double the current rate for oil. Seems fair on Balarus' side if you ask me. Perhaps Russia doesn't quite understand that if you're not a reliable supplier of a product, you soon will find yourself without customers.
