I don't know about you, but I'd tell them no. For the job that they do, for them to be asked to remove pictures and flags from their lockers seems like a slap in the face. They risk their lives and the next call out could be their last. What's the harm in allowing them to decorate it how they see fit? Sure, there was a guy who put up sexual explicit stuff, but deal with that guy, don't go spoiling it for everyone else.
