I thought it was for "peaceful purposes" only? I guess if they feel threatened in any way, they'll "start" to develop nuclear weapons. So, they could feel "threatened" by a kitten and use it as an excuse to have nuclear weapons. Hmm...lying from Iranian leadership? Say it ain't so! I guess Russia and China really can't bury their heads in the sand anymore. But what China and Russia say in the public arena might not be what they do behind closed doors. Let's see if they decide to be responsible and actually hold true to the UN resolution that they voted for.
