All I want to know is, did he kill this cab driver on purpose? What evidence to they have that he did it on purpose. After all, he did drive himself and the cab driver to the police station. Not exactly the actions of a murderer, but I've seen crazier things. If he killed the man in cold blood, he deserves to die. If he was defending himself, then he deserves to be let free a long time ago.
