I've been getting a lot of hate mail from Hillary's supporters as of late, so I thought I'd throw out a nice little piece on why I think Hillary Clinton should not only not be the next President, but why she shouldn't even get the nomination.
First, there's the pandering:
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton conceded Sunday that she “might have been a little exuberant” when she predicted she could bring 200,000 jobs to Western New York as a senator but stressed that she would do a far better job on economic issues than her chief rival for the Democratic presidential nomination, Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois.
In an interview with The Buffalo News after a town hall meeting on economic issues in this St. Louis suburb, the New York senator blamed Republicans for getting in the way of her economic plans and criticized both Obama and the GOP presidential front-runner, Sen. John McCain, for their approach on economic issues.
Asked if she regretted her 2000 campaign pledge, Clinton said: “Well, I might have been a little exuberant, but I thought we could do it.”
She should know by now with her "35 years of experience" that over promising things isn't a way to win voters.
Finally, there's the complete lack of understanding of what being President means:
"Security is not foremost on the agenda"
So, in other words, she is going to sit idly by when threats are growing against this nation like her husband did with Osama Bin Laden.
We face a lot of threats from all angles, and for her to say that "Security is not foremost on the agenda" is very telling and shows her complete misunderstanding of the issues that our nation faces.
Couple that with her TWICE now saying she wants to take money from people and companies, and you'd have to be completely retarded to support a woman like this.
So, please Hillary supporters, how can you justify supporting a woman who's lied, panders to whomever will support her, even if it's against her beliefs, and wants to TAKE money out of the pockets of ordinary Americans, and when pressed, is vague in her answers about various programs she's touting?
Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton inched closer Sunday to explaining how she would enforce her proposal that everyone have health insurance, but declined to specify — as she has throughout the campaign — how she would penalize those who refuse.
Mrs. Clinton, who did not answer Senator Barack Obama’s question on the topic in a debate last Thursday, was pressed repeatedly to do so Sunday by George Stephanopoulos on the ABC program “This Week.” When Mr. Stephanopoulos asked a third time whether she would garnish people’s wages, Mrs. Clinton responded, “George, we will have an enforcement mechanism, whether it’s that or it’s some other mechanism through the tax system or automatic enrollments.”
So, I'll ask again, why is she still in the running for the Democratic nomination? Is it simply because she lacks a wang? If so, then you need to seriously readjust your priorities in picking a politician.
