Everyone know's I'm a fat guy. At one point in time I weighed in at 275 pounds. I got tired of being fat, so I started hitting the gym. 5 nights a week, mainly to get in shape and avoid traffic. I started eating a lot better, and I've dropped about 25 pounds in a little more then 3 months. Nothing spectacular, but progress nonetheless.
I haven't done any kind of miracle diet, some fad exercise equipment, or anything like that. I go to the gym, I work on weights and the treadmill, and I eat decently. I have my moments of weakness where the wife wants to go out to dinner and I eat badly, but those are few and far between.
That being said, there's a new way of doing liposuction that I just have to laugh at. Instead of sucking out the fat entirely, they suck out strips so it APPEARS that you have a six pack. It's creepy to look at, but check it out here.
Just get your ass on a treadmill and put down the KFC and you'll be fine. Stop looking for easy ways out of your predicament and go with what works every single time: Diet and exercise.
