The Denver Post - Hsu leaves hospital for jail

From the hospital to jail.  It didn't take long for police to track down the fugitive fund raiser.  Although I do hope that we get to hear all sorts of gritty details.  It seems like criminal types are trying to buy their way into the Clinton's and this appears to be no different.

If he were a regular criminal, then why did he donate such a large amount of money?  Why did he skip bail?

Although the article does go into detail, it does make one glaring omission:

Hsu has contributed more than $600,000 in the past three years and did fund-raising for federal, state and municipal candidates, including U.S. Sens. Barack Obama and Hillary Rodham Clinton, as well as U.S. Rep. Mark Udall, candidate for a Colorado Senate seat.

Those candidates have since given Hsu's contributions to charities.

They don't mention Representative Kennedy's donations as well as his refusal to refund or donate the money.

Very telling indeed.
