Hmm....France gives almost $400 million dollars to free some nurses who were accused of purposely infecting HIV into children, now Libya has purchased $130 million worth of missiles from France. What a very odd coincidence.
Maybe I'm an asshole, but any nation that supported terrorism doesn't get off that light in my book. I'd make them wait 50 years before any arms deals were made. Just to be on the safe side. Free trade on most other goods, fine, but weapons are out.
